Familjen Frimans äventyr i Bryssel

Hejdå Bryssel

Så är den då här. Dagen då det är dags för oss av avsluta vårt liv i Bryssel och säga farväl till våra vänner här. Vi är på väg mot något väldigt roligt och spännande, men det är ändå med visst vemod vi lämnar Bryssel. En stad som jag aldrig hade besökt innan första helgen i oktober 2010 då vi åkte hit på så kallad "house hunting trip". En stad som varit vårt hem i nästan 4 1/2 år. År som inneburit många roliga och omvälvande händelser i våra liv. Samuel och Hugo är båda födda här, vilket för alltid kommer påminna oss om Bryssel och allt vi var med om här.

 

Johannes var bara en bebis, ungefär i samma ålder som Hugo är nu, när vi flyttade hit och nu är han en femåring som pratar i princip flytande engelska och förstår en del franska. Både han och Samuel, och jag och Marcus, har fått fina vänner här, som det givetvis är tråkigt att lämna. Men i denna moderna värld med facebook, skype och bloggar kommer vi kunna fortsätta hålla kontakten med dem vi saknar, och det känns skönt för en sån som jag som avskyr avsked.

 

Dagen började med ett läkarbesök där Johannes fick hjälp att ta ut sina skoltillverkade ler-öronproppar då dessa "råkat" hamna lite långt in. Han har visst haft dem där en vecka eller så, men det var först igår kväll som jag och Marcus upptäckte detta.

 

Det blir en del bagage... 7 väskor, 3 bilbarnstolar och 2 delar barnvagn. Dessutom 4 handbagage. Det behövdes två minibussar för transporten till flygplatsen....

 

 

 

I och med flytten kommer denna blogg avslutas, man hör ju på namnet att den hör hemma i Bryssel :)
